Pune, India/ IT/ Experience 6-11 years/ Salary as per experience/Permanent/ Urgent -SAS-41-3

Education: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech/MS

Function: Manufacturing/ Engineering/ R&D

Role involves

• Coordination with inter and intra departments to resolve the issues.
• Attend various meeting with CFT & release the DML smoothly.
• Should able to check drawing & BOM and make sure it is  released through  PLM.
• Design improvement, VA/VE, cost reduction as per project need.
• Issue resolution, DFMEA & DVP preparation.
• GD&T application in drawing , Tolerance stack up and design calculation & get approval from TML.
• Layout submission in PLM.
• Support & coordination to Vehicle level tryout, validation and proving of components.
• Domain Knowledge on either of the following is a MUST – SUSPENSION/STEERING

Job Profile: 
A)       Suspension Design:

• Design development of suspension system  & its sub components
• Design /Development Experience in independent suspension is preferred
• Design calculation of coil spring/leaf spring/Suspension parameters Like roll stiffness frequency , Pitch bounce characteristics, etc.
• Packaging & layout optimization , & detailing experience required. DFMEA,DVP & knowledge of GD&T.

B)      Steering Design

• Design & development of steering system & sub components. Rack & Pinion type is preferred
• Steering geometry optimization
• Steering efforts calculation
• Packaging & lay out creation.
