Tech Lead -Engine Mount

India/ IT/ Experience 5 years/ Salary as per experience/Permanent/ Urgent -SAS-41-6

Position: Lead Engineer  with  support role within Compliant mount systems

Responsible for the delivery management of structural casting for power pack mounting systems. Project management skills - alignment & control of costs and technical assumptions. 

Understanding of vehicle architecture desirable, particularly chassis components within the following systems (Springs, Dampers & ARBS's - Sub frames and powertrain mounts  

Suspension links and knuckles, Steering, Wheel & Tyres & Brakes. 

 Experience of negotiation, balancing customer needs / specifications and cost targets.
