Lead JAVA-J2EE

Job Description: Project Lead JAVA-J2EE

•   Good on J2EE
•   Good on Spring / Struts framework (at least one is mandatory)
•   Hibernate
•   Experienced in any one version control (CVS / SVN / GIT / Mercurial Hg)
•   Experienced in any one Continuous Integration (TeamCity / Jenkins / CruiseControl )
•   Maven and Ant, both mandatory
•   Experienced on Java Annotations
•   RestFull Service and Web service
•   Deploy and debug on any one appservers( Tomcat / Weblogic / Jboss / Websphere)
•   Experienced on Junit as primary and Selenium, Jmeter as secondary.
•   DB knowledge 
•   Linux basic commands.Other skills:
•   Basic Project management
•   Estimation
•   Handle team size of 5-20 members.
•   Customer facing and good commercial understanding
•   Having experience in retail domain will be an added advantage.
•   Ready for short term or long term travel (with valid passport, B1 visa an advantage)
•   Good presentation and communication skills
